The RED-LUK-IZI-SIR professional designer ventilation grille with a hidden frame for stretch ceilings stands out for its distinctive design and can be used in air conditioning and ventilation systems as a supply or extract diffuser. Supplied with a filter as standard. The smooth inner surface and replaceable filter make maintenance during operation simple and convenient. Another feature is the absence of magnets, which increases fixing reliability, service life and environmental friendliness.
Design
RED-LUK-IZI-SIR comes with a filter as standard, which protects supply and extract air from the deposits that inevitably build up during operation. This model is made of a special aluminium profile with a polymer coating. The face panel is available in two versions:
- Steel panel painted in any RAL colour (the panel can also be painted on site to match the walls during finishing works)
The diffuser plenum adapter (KSD) is made of galvanized steel as standard, but can also be made of stainless steel, with or without powder coating. The frame is made of aluminium profile, with a two-component plastic IZI clamping profile included. On request, the diffuser can be supplied with special reinforced brackets for secure fixing to the ceiling, as the KSD must remain unloaded.
Finish
The frame and the panel can be coated in different colours.
Size
Grilles of this type can be manufactured in any size in 1 mm increments. Minimum recommended size 150x150. Maximum recommended size 1000x300.
Installation
The diffuser is fixed to the ceiling with brackets, after which the stretch ceiling membrane is tucked into special grooves fitted with a rubber damper (included). The membrane is tucked in around the entire perimeter of the diffuser using a special stretch ceiling spatula. See the detailed video instructions on tucking the membrane via the link
