Design
The RED-RKDM-V-DEL removable grille is, as standard, made entirely of 1 mm galvanized sheet metal. The standard flange width is 50 mm and the standard grille depth is 30 mm. A master key is used as the opening/closing mechanism. Polyester powder paint is applied as the protective and decorative finish. The standard colour is white RAL 9016. Painting in any other colour from the RAL catalogue is possible. Any size can be manufactured in 1 mm increments.
Coating
Painting is carried out by powder coating at the factory in colours from the international RAL scale. The polyester coating reliably protects the aluminium from oxidation and the paint itself from fading.
Size
Minimum recommended size 100x100 mm. Maximum recommended size 1200x1200 mm. Larger sizes can be manufactured with additional reinforcements. Please contact our managers for details.

Installation
The decorative grille for the fire damper is mounted with self-tapping screws through the front face.
